Abstract:
This research seeks to discuss the concept of intellectual capital, its implications and benefits for companies that seek to apply it, and its importance to society that seeks to apply it through its various contents, as well as those important contents for workers, society and production. The workers in Iraqi companies are convinced that adopting and applying intellectual capital seriously will achieve various benefits for Iraqi society and companies will push production forward and accelerate the wheel of development in Iraqi institutions. The research also aimsto answer the following questions: (1) "Is there sufficient interest in applying intellectual capital and its contents by Iraqi workers and are prepared for this, (2): Does the adoption of intellectual capital help to develop. The culture of creativity and innovation in the current work environment Iraqi companies. The research also is built on the following assumptions: Null hypothesis (H01): Possession and application ofintellectual capital concept is the best way to develop workers, national companies, and society as a whole, and the productive capacity of what it possesses of stimulating and competitive content. Second null hypothesis: (HO2) Based on the circumstances of Iraqi people and the conditions of employment, work on adopting the concepts of intellectual capital and its contents is not a difficult process, if work is done sufficiently to implement its requirements and criteria are provided for the human resource that is able to possess it. The research, through the field study, reached the conclusion that employment in Iraqi institutions has suffered during the last decades from material and moral marginalization, so directing towards the applications of the intellectual capital and what it contains of theoretical concepts and applications, as it will be the best way to advance development and creativity in the field of production and expansion in and will be The basis on which the productive and industrial development and development processes are based, and then the economic and societaldevelopment. The research also concluded a set of important recommendations that support the application of this concept and provide its requirements.
