To welcome the increasingly close dominance of Generation Z and Millennials in the workplace, this research was conducted to examine Innovative Work Behavior in these two generations. The research method used is a literature study of relevant articles published in 2020-2024. This study found variations in the definition of Innovative Work Behavior based on various research contexts. In addition, the antecedents of Innovative Work Behavior that have been identified include Job Engagement, Work Life Balance, Leadership Style, Knowledge Sharing, Risk Barriers, Tradition Barriers, and Image Barriers. On the other hand, the consequences of Innovative Work Behavior consist of Employee Retention, Career Satisfaction, and Psychological Well-being. Various contexts of Organizational Justice research will also be further identified.
